Lee RedfernIf you’re looking to ride alongside your biggest fan, Lee’s your guy. From pushing you to be your best every day to showing you his favorite roads in the region, you’ll wrap up each day thankful to have him along. In addition, he’s a master mechanic with 43 years under his belt and can fix anything, even things from which MacGuyver would run. Allowing you to just enjoy the ride, not a care in the world. He may have a slight masochistic side, seemingly finding the steepest roads on a weekly basis to train on and annoying his training partners for that very same reason.
He enjoys the finer things in life: narrow balcony roads, chocolate eclairs, huge cheeseburgers and long, beautiful climbs. Oh, and Rhubard Custard Torq gels… |
Mike PalmeriMichael Palmeri has dedicated his entire life to all things bicycles. Sparked by learning how to read bicycle magazines and books as a child, his career started by joining the Schwinn BMX Team where he competed internationally. In 1989 he opened his own bike shop in Ellijay Georgia, which served as the regional hub for both road and mountain biking, custom design frames and clothing, and certified bicycle mechanic services. While also serving as an Atlanta fire fighter for 33 years, He has been heavily involved in special projects that include trail maintenance and organizing rides like The Italian Bicycle festival, 24 half hours of Ellijay, and the famous Tour De Georgia.
